Specialist Activities
We offer three specialist classes - Music and Movement, Physical Education and Water Confidence/Swimming, led by expert teachers in each field. The class teachers and specialist teachers collaboratively plan to ensure cross-curricular learning takes place.

Music and Movement
Children explore and experiment with music, movement, and materials (instruments, scarves, light and shadow), use the body to create sounds, move to music and express oneself. Ultimately, the children begin to use music and movement to express concepts, ideas or feelings.

Physical Education
Children focus on skill development, fitness, fair play and enjoyment. We teach our students a range of basic motor skills and movement patterns, with or without equipment, in a range of environments. They will learn skills such as running, jumping, skipping, catching, throwing, kicking, balancing, springing and are introduced to more complex skills such as leaping, dodging, overarm throwing, dribbling, bouncing and striking.

Water Confidence/Swimming
Water confidence/swimming is a wonderful way to strengthen children's lungs and hearts. Another great thing about swimming is that children of any age or ability can take part and it is more accessible for children with additional needs than almost any other sport.

We offer students a diverse assortment of extra-curricular activities that offer hands-on experience and encourage students to develop new skills, discover and nurture individual interests and talents all while having loads of fun!
Each term our teachers offer a variety of clubs that respond the children’s interests. Some of the clubs offered include: cooking, jewelry making, African dance, sports exploration, French, crafts, art, music exploration, reading and many more!
