Admissions Overview
The admissions process is designed to help families decide if we are the right school for your child and to help us get to know you. We are happy to guide you through the process of discovering why the Muvule Academy educational experience is the best for your child and family.
We warmly welcome children from 1 to 12 years of age, and this currently includes Play Group up to Year 6. We are looking to build a diverse pupil population and are committed to promoting the formation of a vibrant and diverse community. Admissions is open to children with diverse learning needs and English language abilities. We strongly take into consideration how our values as an institution align with the families of our students, so it is mandatory to meet the parents and the child/children.

Application Procedures
Required Documents
It is necessary to collect and fill out the required documents in the enrolment packet. To complete the application, you will need to have these documents ready:
Initial parent visit and campus tour
Chat with Head of School
Completion of Enrolment Application
Payment of USD 100 Enrolment Fee
All these steps must be complete and a “play date” or “shadow day” will be arranged before start of school.
The procedures of submitting an application to Muvule Academy are as follows:

Photocopies of any other relevant documents

For example, educational psychologist reports, special learning needs officer reports, educational assessments, court order proving custody of the child etc.

6. Payment of Enrolment Fee:

The enrolment fee of USD 100

The enrolment fee is non-deferrable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
1. Three Photos of Applicant:

Colour passport-style portrait taken within the last three months

Plain background

Showing full frontal face with clear facial features
2. Identity Documents:

Applicant’s birth certificate

Applicant’s passport information page
3. Immunisation Health Record:

Applicant’s updated Immunisation Record
